MATH  

Measurement:  Math and Science

  The challenge is to teach math skills and knowledge in a way that develops precision and knowledge and avoids frustration.  We have only begun the integration of this field into our science, social studies and reading curriculum.  We have seen some benefit in teaching this as partly math literacy.  We have purchased and now use the state approved text, but we are not fully satisfied.
